This refund policy applies to purchases of Road 2 Hybrid products sold by 68 Ventures Ltdthrough our payment processor, Stripe.
Road 2 Hybrid and the Road 2 Hybrid Companion both start with a 7-day free trial with full access to workouts, hypnosis, macros, and the crew. This applies whether you pick the pay-in-full plan or the 3-payment plan.
You will not be charged until day 7. We email you before your trial ends so there are no surprises. Cancel any time from your account or via the customer portal before day 7 and you will not be charged at all.
Because you get a full 7 days inside the program before you're charged, there are no refunds after the trial charge. The 7-day trial is your window to decide.
You can cancel during the trial in either of two ways:
If you pick the 3-payment plan, the first payment is charged on day 7 and the next two are billed monthly (day 37 and day 67). Nothing renews after the third payment. Cancel any time before day 7 and no payments are taken.
Because our programs are physical training, we honor a medical exception on all tiers. If you become medically unable to participate after the trial has charged, send a physician's note to hello@roadtohybrid.com and we will refund a prorated amount for the days not yet used in the program.
Team HQ is application-only and there is no charge to apply. The medical exception above applies to Team HQ deposits and payments once accepted.
